The Dove Awards 2021

The 52nd annual GMA Dove Awards took place last week (yes, I’m a little late with the update, but I’ve been busy, forgive me!).

For those that don’t know, the Dove Awards is an award ceremony presented by the Gospel Music Association (GMA) to recognise and honour those in the Christian Music Industry. The Christian music industry has a plethora of gifted songwriters, Grammy Award-winning singers, good bands and great music.

From the night…

Red Carpet Looks

Everyone showed up in style, so it was hard to choose favourites, but here are just a few:

Look Up Child: Lauren Daigle wows in this fun and quirky dress.

Together: Contemporary Christian Music favourites, for King & Country looked dapper alongside their wives, one of whom – Moriah Peters (right) – is also famous in the Christian music scene, and one of my favourite singer-songwriters too.

For The One: Jenn Johnson, one of the biggest names in the industry, walked the red carpet in a simple and elegant teal dress.

No Stranger: Gospel music royalty, Natalie Grant, looking wonderful in white, alongside her co-host for the evening, fellow singer-songwriter, Jonathan McReynolds.
